Apollo has developed detailed manuals outlining each and every aspect of the operations of The Cradle.

Additionally, Apollo also provides rigorous support during operations, including service quality reviews, operations audit, and continuous training programs.

Right from pre-launch, launch to post launch, a suitable marketing and communications strategy, including branding would be developed that will guide you to successfully execute and implement local level marketing and promotions.

Apollo assists franchisees in all areas of the project. Some of these are:
Feasibility Study and preparation of Detailed Project Report
Site Selection
Architecture and Interior Design
The interior design and architecture
Project co-ordination
Selection and procurement of medical equipment, including negotiation with vendors
Manpower selection and training
Information Technology Solution, selection of hardware and software
Marketing Strategy development, including pricing, advertising, events and PR
Commissioning and pre-launch Activities
On an ongoing basis Apollo will provide support in the following areas:
Marketing and new product development
Operations and Quality Assurance through Service Quality Audits
Employee training
Technology upgrades and enhancements
Dedicated guidance of a senior Apollo resource
Initial License Fee and Expenses

For operations in India, Apollo charges franchisees a one-time fee of Rs. 1 crore as Initial License fee. The License is valid for a period of 10 years from the date of commencement of operations, and can be renewed on mutual consent thereafter.

The Initial Licence Fee is payable as per the following schedule:
     35% of the fee payable on execution of the MOU/Agreement

     15% on finalization of the layout of The Cradle

     10% on submission of fit-out Tender Documents

     15% on submission of Medical Equipment Manual for The Cradle

     15% on submission of Human Resource Manual

     10% on soft-commissioning of The Cradle
After commencing operations, Apollo charges Operating License fees amounting to 5%* of the gross revenue of The Cradle.

* subject to revision at the discretion of the franchisor

All taxes, duties and other statutory levies shall be extra.
